Delivery and Returns

Any delivery charges on all orders is stated at the checkout for the United Kingdom. Delivery is free for orders over £25.


The delivery charge for customers from the Republic of Ireland will be shown at the checkout and some goods may be subject to additional import duties payable by the customer at the point of entry when arriving in the EU. 

 

We dispatch all orders the same day if placed prior to 4pm. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail or for larger items by UPS, DPD or Fed Ex. 

 

You will receive an email notification once your goods have been packed and dispatched. This will include the tracking information.  

 

All goods should arrive within 24 to 48 hours from the date of order (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) if the expedited delivery option is selected at the checkout.

 

The Next Day delivery option applies to orders through Monday to Friday - if placed on a Friday after 4pm, the goods will be despatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). 

 

Delivery times will vary for goods sent to the ROI which can be subject to Border and import duty checks.

For all orders, 20% VAT is included within the price shown.

 

Returns policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

 

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund. 

Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 7 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out adequate postal insurance to cover the value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described.

 

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition and a restocking fee will be charged.

 

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the terms of the contract.
